Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are partnering with a hospital seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a collaborative, patient-focused surgical team. This is a permanent opportunity offering stability, strong clinical support, and the chance to work in a fast-paced perioperative environment.

Position Overview

The OR RN will provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures
• Serve as circulator and/or scrub nurse as assigned
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
• Monitor patient condition before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure patient safety at all times
• Accurately document care and adhere to regulatory and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific requirements apply)
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of perioperative practices and surgical procedures
• CNOR a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
