Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently pull and fill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the fulfillment process. Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Retrieval: Utilize picking to locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.

2. Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. Assist in periodic stock counts and audits.

3. Quality Control: Inspect items for damages or defects before packing. Ensure that all products meet quality standards.

4. Packing and Labeling: Pack orders securely and efficiently, considering the nature of the products. Label packages with the appropriate shipping information.

5. Shipping Coordination: Work closely with shipping and logistics teams to ensure orders are prepared for timely dispatch. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups.

6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in the warehouse to maintain a smooth workflow. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing job duties. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.

8. Efficiency Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance order fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
