The Installation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our installation projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do Communicate with the sales team to book solid installationsSchedule installations and assign install crews in Service-TitanKeep in communication with customers regarding scheduling and timelines for completionPrepare any permits or needed documents prior to installationMaintain and update the Install BoardsEnsure proper equipment has been recorded in the customers recordsRegister all equipment as neededRegister rebates for the company and customers as neededAssist customers with scheduling inspections or any post-installation mattersMake post-installation follow-up calls to achieve the highest level of customer satisfactionRequired Skills High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and prioritizationStrong communication skills, written and verbalProficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookPrior customer service experience is a PLUS!!!Experience with Service-Titan preferred but not requiredPhysical RequirementsRegularly required to sit, walk, and stand for several hours up to a full 8-hour workday.Talk and hear, both in person and by telephoneUse hands repetitively to operate computers and standard office equipment.Reach with hands and arms lifting up to 30 lbs.Close vision, distance visionAnswer the phone with the second ring.Job SpecificsPosition Status: Regular full-time (40+ hours a week)FLSA Description: Exempt/SalariedReports To: Install ManagerWork Schedule: 8+ hours/day, 5+ days per weekWork Location(s): King of Prussia, PAWhy should you join our team?We live our values - W.E.L.I.G.H.T (Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork).
