We’re Looking for Someone Who:
❗ Holds a valid Florida Esthetician or Cosmetology license .
❗ Has a positive, professional attitude and loves working with people.
❗ Is comfortable performing full-body sugaring , including female Brazilian services .
❗ Understands skincare fundamentals and is eager to learn our technique.
❗ Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
❗ Is open to feedback and consistently aims to improve.❗ Ability to work 30-35 hours per week, including 2 mornings (8 AM-2 PM), 2 evenings (2 PM-8 PM), and
one shift on the weekend (8 AM- 5PM on Saturday or 10 AM -4 PM on Sunday). Please note, we DO NOT offer any positions for only AM, PM, or
just weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding sugaring services following Sugaring NYC protocols.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and support rebooking.
• Recommend products based on client needs and skin types.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic treatment room.
• Track performance metrics (retention, rebooking, average ticket).
• Support a collaborative and respectful team atmosphere.
How Your Performance Will Be Evaluated:
✔ Retention Rate – how many clients come back to see you .
✔ Rebooking Source % – how many rebook right after their visit.
✔ Average Check – your upsell skills and value creation.
✔ Product Sales – matching clients with post-sugaring care.
✔ Teamwork & professionalism – how you contribute to the salon vibe.
