**Job Title: Shipping Coordinator** **Job Description** As a Shipping Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of shipments by printing and checking all final acceptance forms for daily preparations. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions in blueprint reading and part marking, coordinating with inside shipping to achieve daily and monthly shipping plans, and reviewing all final acceptance forms while attaching part marking photos. Your ability to prioritize work and maintain a steady workflow throughout the department's work hours is essential to meeting shipping commitment dates. **Responsibilities** + Print and check all final acceptance forms for daily preps. + Conduct training in blueprint reading and part marking. + Coordinate with inside shipping to achieve daily and monthly shipping plans. + Review all final acceptance forms and attach part marking photos. + Prioritize work to ensure shipping commitment dates are met. + Maintain steady workflow throughout department work hours. + Update Inside Shipping on failures and rejects. + Maintain accurate inventory counts of finished goods. + Organize and maintain the finished goods inventory area. + Follow established work instructions to ensure procedures are followed consistently to achieve AS9100 quality system requirements. **Essential Skills** + Experience in clerk, shipping, and coordination roles. + Ability to plan, execute, and prioritize scheduling of final acceptance forms for shipments. + Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation, marking methods. + Ability to contact quality personnel for assistance with quality/technical matters. + Forklift operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily. + Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of a union facility once you become permanent, with comprehensive health benefits, a 401K plan, and paid vacation and holidays. **Work Environment** Work within a large manufacturing company where you will be required to check products on the floor. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FONTANA, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
