Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients in a designated territory or industry.
Present and promote our products/services to new and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer support and meet client needs.
Proven experience as a Commission Sales Representative or similar role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Knowledge of the Hospitality and/or Automotive product / service cleaning industry is a plus.
