Addison Group is working with a fast-paced and growing organization that’s seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its recruiting function. This is a highly collaborative role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, is detail-driven, and can help keep hiring processes organized.

Job Description:

This role supports recruiting operations through scheduling, system updates, and candidate communications. You’ll partner closely with a small team to ensure hiring activities are smooth, efficient, and well-documented. This position focuses heavily on coordination and tracking, rather than hands-on recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain job postings and monitor application performance across platforms
• Assist with interview scheduling, offer documentation, and pre-hire processes
• Keep spreadsheets and applicant tracking system (ATS) records up to date
• Take meeting notes and assist with communications and team coordination
• Support onboarding tasks and collaborate across internal departments
• May assist with sourcing or outreach tasks occasionally
• Act as a reliable administrative partner to the recruiter and hiring team

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a recruiting support or HR admin role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficient with Google Suite and spreadsheet tools
• Comfortable handling sensitive data and following structured processes

Additional Details:

• Onsite role based in South Austin (5 days/week)
