Job Title: Part-Time Hotel Front Desk Agent
Location: Hampton Inn Waterbury
Position Type: Part-Time
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This part-time position requires flexibility, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
Greet and check in/out guests with professionalism and efficiency
Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and phone calls
Process payments accurately and manage nightly audit procedures when assigned
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Make problem-solving decisions in the moment while maintaining a professional demeanor
Helping out different departments as needed
Flexible availability is a must, including willingness to cover Night Audit shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) when needed
Prior hotel front desk experience preferred
Reliable transportation required
Must be able to pass a background check
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills; experience with property management systems is a plus
Dependable, responsible, and the ultimate team player
