Office Management & Administration
Oversee front desk operations, office supplies, and vendor coordination
Maintain schedules, organize meetings, and manage office logistics
Track expenses and assist with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping
Support donation tracking and monthly financial reconciliation
Provide administrative support to leadership as needed
Program & Event Coordination
Coordinate logistics and onboarding for visiting researchers
Support events and conferences, including catering and setup/breakdown
HR & Onboarding Support
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation
Support employee benefits administration and updates
Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
Process payroll, track time and attendance
