Job Title: Materials Handler - Warehouse Assistant
Location: Monroe, MI 48162
Duration: 2+ Months
Rate: $20/hr on w2
Work Hours : 1st Shift/EST
Job Description:
- Picking and pulling inventory, packing, palatalizing, banding, shrink wrapping and setting up domestic shipments both ground and at freight level.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail desired.
Skills:
- Ability to safely lift 40-50lbs independently, to stand for the majority of the shift, bending, stooping and turning.
- Basic computer skills a minimum requirement.
Experience:
1-2 years experience with an electric pallet jack and/or forklift in a warehouse setting, familiarity with shipping materials and the use of bill of ladings ideal.
