Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Builder / Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team in Sussex, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and construction of high-quality dynamometers, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components and systems according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled machinery meets operational standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Utilize various hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of machinery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical assembly is a plus.
  • Proven experience in machine building or mechanical assembly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
