Job Description:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and progress.
Assist in the development and modification of patient care plans.
Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
Work closely with Registered Nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Supervise and support unlicensed nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Report any changes in patient conditions to the supervising Registered Nurse or physician.
Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
