Now Hiring: Lead HVAC Technician / Journeyman
Location:   Dothan, AL
Pay Range:  $24.00-$30.00

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and direct journeymen, apprentices, and helpers effectively and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, schedules, and shop drawings
• Plan ahead, solve problems, and propose solutions on job sites
• Coordinate and communicate with other trades and general contractors
• Install and detail HVAC sheet metal duct and accessories at various heights
• Work in a variety of environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and elevated platforms

Qualifications:

• Proven competency in the sheet metal trade, endorsed by previous supervisors
• Strong leadership and planning skills
• Willingness to uphold company values, code of conduct, and safety standards
• Physical ability to handle medium to heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long hours
• Comfort working on ladders, lifts, and in construction environments (40–60 hrs./week)
• Ability to fabricate and install tie-ups, offsets, and transitions for ductwork
