Pay Range : $75,000 - $150,000/year (based on experience)
Bonuses : 3% spiffs + $5,000 sign-on bonus

Install and assemble HVAC systems, including rooftop units, furnaces, mini-splits, boilers, and ductwork.
Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot system issues.
Educate customers on operating their systems.
Maintain accurate records of installation work.
Mentor and train installation helpers.
Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members and contractors to meet project deadlines.

3-5 years of HVAC installation experience (rooftop units, furnaces, condensers, mini-splits, boilers, and ductwork).
Strong communication skills to build customer rapport.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
Detail-oriented with excellent paperwork completion skills.
Willingness to train and mentor helpers.
Valid driver’s license
HVAC certification is a plus but not required.
Authorized to work in the US.
