European/America Manager for BD/BP job at Renesola Ltd China, US

Job Description

Provide leadership and supervise the Sales team in promoting and selling of semiconductor and photovoltaic products.
Adhere to established sales practices and train sales staff about the sales process.
Development of Marketing Strategies and initiatives in the solar PV industry.
Identifying new prospects, Increase Development, positioning and contract negotiation as well as closing.
Ensure high level of customer satisfactory through excellent pre and after sales support.
Project a vision for the Sales team and for senior management; in coordination with the Sales Director prepare annual budget for the sales team and define the annual sales target.
Responsible for staff annual performance assessment.
Provide sales forecast, sales reports and service reports to management every week.
Strategic input and review of proposals
