Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager that is able to manage new commercial building and turn key building construction projects.. Our client is a well established organization that is growing and looking to add an additional team member. The ideal Project Manager will have experience in the following areas;

• Ground Up Construction 
• Turn Key building projects
• Design, Engineering knowledge
• Site Utility and Foundation knowledge
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Scopes.
• Submittals and Permitting Procedures
• Sub-Contractor Management 
• Customer Facing and Main Point of Contact

Preferred skills include:
Would be able to manage ground-up, turn key projects including:

• Design, Engineering, Submittals, and Permitting Processes
• Site Utility Work
• Foundations
• Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Scopes
