Job Description

Construction Project Manager – Residential & Commercial Renovation

Tallahassee, FL | Full-Time | Salary + Performance Bonuses

About Us

Pristine Home Renovations is a high-performing construction company serving residential and commercial clients across the greater Tallahassee area. We’re known for our sharp attention to detail, elite-level execution, and no-nonsense approach to getting jobs done right. Whether it’s a modern residential addition or a multi-story senior living center, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence — on time and on budget.

We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, disciplined, and all-in Construction Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership and lead from the front.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for a confident, solutions-driven PM who thrives under pressure and is capable of juggling multiple active projects without breaking a sweat. We need someone who’s not just experienced, but composed, client-facing, and energized by a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

You’ll report directly to the COO and work closely with the CEO, who will support your onboarding and field-level training.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own every detail of the field operations from start to finish across multiple projects
  • Schedule, coordinate, and hold subcontractors and vendors accountable
  • Perform accurate material take-offs and manage just-in-time ordering
  • Handle permits, inspections, and city/county coordination
  • Walk jobs daily to monitor quality, timelines, and cleanliness
  • Communicate constantly and clearly with clients, staff, and leadership
  • Track job costs, daily logs, receipts, and correspondence — no details missed
  • Anticipate problems and solve them before they affect the timeline or client
  • Model a “whatever it takes” mindset and set the pace for the team

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects (residential and commercial)
  • Full knowledge of scheduling, permitting, and project coordination
  • Solid communication skills with clients and crews alike — ability to "speak design" and collaborate with internal creative teams
  • Ability to handle multiple jobs at once without missing deadlines
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, scopes, and MEP trades
  • Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend)
  • Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Works well with others, doesn't complain, and finds a way to get it done
  • Drug-free and able to pass a background check
  • Positive attitude and relentless commitment to high standards

Benefits

What You Can Expect from Us

  • Strong leadership, clear expectations, and support when you need it
  • Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses
  • The opportunity to lead exciting, design-driven projects
  • A company that rewards results and promotes from within

If you're all-in, results-driven, and ready to take full ownership of your projects — apply now. We’re not hiring average. We’re hiring exceptional.

Pay: $84,102.00 - $91,954.00 per year + Bonus opportunities

Benefits:

  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Company truck (Driver's License Required)
  • Fuel card
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development assistance
