The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing construction operations from inception to completion.

What You'll Do:
&##127919; Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
&##128202; Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines while coordinating resources effectively
&##129309; Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
&##128269; Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
&##128200; Prepare reports on project status for management and clients
&##128736;️ Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
✅ Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly with stakeholders
✅ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project)
✅ Relevant certifications (PMP, LEED) are a plus
