Part-Time Construction Project Manager (4-Month Assignment)

You are a detail-oriented and experienced project manager with a background in construction, painting, or coatings. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly organized, and can effectively communicate with contractors and internal teams.

Location: Novato, CA (On-site, 2 days per week)

This Position Pays: $40-$47/hr

What You Will Be Doing:

• Overseeing coating projects from planning through completion
• Coordinating with contractors, painters, and internal teams
• Managing project schedules, documentation, and deliverables
• Maintaining and updating internal project databases
• Reviewing project plans and specifications (CAD familiarity a plus)
• Troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed
• Providing weekly updates to leadership

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, painting, or related industries
• Familiarity with CAD (ability to read/edit plans)
• Strong understanding of job site logistics and project timelines
• Proficiency in project tracking systems (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet)
• (Preferred) Knowledge of fireproofing, coatings, or architectural finishes
• (Bonus) Spanish language proficiency
