About the Role:
As CFO, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, revenue cycle management, IT, supply chain, and patient access operations. You will play a crucial role in strategic decision-making, ensuring financial stability while supporting the organization's mission to provide accessible, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
Provide leadership for IT, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Central Supply, and Patient Access departments.
Collaborate with executive leadership and board members to drive operational efficiency and sustainability.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Lead strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance and community healthcare access.
Foster partnerships with stakeholders to advance rural healthcare initiatives.
Maintain an effective communication system throughout the organization.
Stay current with industry trends, compliance requirements, and financial best practices.
Represent the organization within the community and with external partners.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years overseeing multiple programs.
CPA certification preferred.
Strong financial management skills, including a deep understanding of revenue cycles and healthcare compliance.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
Passion for rural healthcare and a commitment to serving the community.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $206,517 - $243,993 per year (depending on experience).
