Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Orlando, FL is seeking a dynamic and talented Call Center Manager responsible for providing direct supervision to the Call Center Staff for Outpatient and Referral Management Team specialists. The Call Center Manager is also responsible for assisting with oversight of Behavioral Health Connection’s (“BHC”) daily operations.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage day- to -day operations of the Call Centers.
• Provides direct supervision of the referral management staff.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, orienting, training, scheduling, and generally supervising the employees. In addition, as necessarily, responsible for disciplining employees, up to and including termination of employment.

EDUCATION

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Social Services.

1-3 years required supervisory experience working in a call center environment.
