We're hiring a Property Manager to oversee the operations of affordable housing properties! Ideal candidates will have expertise in HUD compliance, Tax Credit regulations, Section 8 programs, and income certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage daily operations, including leasing, recertifications, and tenant relations.
+ Ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, and Tax Credit rules and manage annual audits.
+ Develop and implement budgets for financial tracking and reporting.
+ Coordinate maintenance requests, property inspections, and vendor relationships.
+ Build rapport with tenants while enforcing lease agreements and policies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of experience in property management with affordable housing communities.
+ Strong knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit income guidelines.
+ Proficiency in property management software and advanced Excel skills.
+ Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
+ CAM or COS certifications are a strong plus.
