• Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent

• Three (3) years of office/secretarial experience preferred

• Ability to work independently

• Must have excellent organizational skills, time management and computer skills

• Knowledge of Infinite Campus preferred

• Poses integrity, confidentiality and good moral character

• Demonstrate appropriate telephone skills with proper etiquette

• BILINGUAL preferred

• Must be computer literate and have knowledge of the school registration process

• Ability to coordinate and successfully execute multiple tasks and projects

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, and the community
