### What You'll Do:
- Handle daily financial transactions, including lease administration, budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with banks, accountants, and investors to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports as needed.
- Receive comprehensive training from our bookkeeping team.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

### What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Yardi Real Estate Management software is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Independent & Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently.
- Bonus Skills: While not required, accounting experience would be a great asset.
